Amber is a well cellared, rounded, malt-accentuated Australian wild ale. Light levels of hopping balance with the toasty characters in an extended cooler fermentation with their house culture. Matured in French oak barrels to further develop a smooth yet vinous palate and funky, tart characteristics from their indigenous yeast.
