An American Sour Ale, fermented and aged in second-use bourbon barrels. Produced without the use of stainless steel fermenters or brewers yeast, this uniquely traditional beer pays homage to their rural farmhouse habitat and the trees surrounding them. Notes of cherries, plums, and dry red wine mixed with a piquant hint of bourbon.
