The Clos des Fous philosophy is to produce wines with tension from grapes grown in extreme terroir with minimal intervention in the winery. Plenty of berry and cherry fruit character with lemon undertones. Some orange peel, too. Medium-to-full body, tight and focused. Delicious bold and structured finish. Cool, old-vine wine.
