Saison Rose is a mixed-fermentation farmhouse ale fermented with Pinot Noir grapes and aged on estate-grown cherries, strawberries, and raspberries. The berries are wonderfully nuanced to give lead to the Pinot Noir grapes that gives the beer structure and integrates all of the other fruits into a delicious harmony.
