This wine is made from a small parcel of 21-year-old Aligoté vines from the village of Chitry-le-Fort. The grapes are fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and older oak barrels. The resulting wine is fine and delicate yet with a richness of texture, with aromas and flavors of orange blossom, hay and lemon meringue with a touch of butter and nuts on the finish.
