This is one of the rarest wines in the world. Coming from a tiny area near the ocean outside of Lisboa, Colares has only a few acres of vines remaining. They grow a grape called Ramisco, which has the acidity of Burgundy and the tannin of Barolo, making it the perfect red to age. Even at 20+ years old, this still has amazing aromatics and vibrancy.
