Average age of Vines is 25 years. Aged 3 years in older Slovenian and French oak casks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aromas of dark cherries, red plums, herbs, spices and warm leather. Structured yet silky, with fine grained tannins. Pair with grilled steak and elk, osso bucco and truffled dishes.
