Canary Island native, Carmelo Peña worked in Chile, Douro and Bierzo before coming back to focus on the recovery of abandoned vineyards in Gran Canaria. Everything is done natural and biodynamic with partial whole cluster. The finished wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered and with very little added sulfur. Fresh, vibrant and unique.
