This is the only Champagne that we have that is made from the ancient (and now almost extinct in Champagne) varietals of Fromenteau (pinot gris) Petit Meslier & Arbanne. The last two are unique to the region; they are black skinned grapes that were quite widely planted before the phylloxera louse invaded Champagne. Bon Apetit!
