Focused on the Cuadrilla Block vineyard that began as a way to provide education and knowledge to the full time year-round vineyard workers they employ. The wine is a pure joy to drink. It's fresh, fruity, and smooth as silk. The wine possesses and amazing contrast between dark plum notes as well as bright red cherry. The wine is medium bodied on the palate with mild tannins to give it some grip. You could put a light chill on this one. I plan on drinking this through the holidays.
