Winemaker Joseph Davis founded Arcadian in California's Central Coast in 1996 following the traditions of Burgundy. Joe harvests his fruit with more modest sugar levels and higher natural acidity than many of his fellow growers. He holds bottles back until he feels they are at their best, so this 2012 Chardonnay is current release and ready to drink now - enjoy!
