Hand-harvested grapes from Black Bear Orchard, this is a truly balanced wine with flavors of red currant, plum, black cherry, and savory spices - like roasted Hatch chiles (adobo-style!). This version of Cabernet Franc, although grown in Colorado, drinks more like a Loire Valley Cab Franc. Definitely a great expression!! Unfiltered/Unfined
