I love Godello! These wines are balanced and elegant. They have just enough wood and acid. To my palate they drink just like a beautiful Chablis. The soils are super similar to that of the Chablis region. They are both comprised of a variant of chalk. This wine will satisfy a chardonnay drinker as well.
