The color is pale with green reflections. The fresh and fruity nose has notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) and exotic fruits (lychee). On the palate the wine is fresh round and ends with deliciously fruity notes. Each variety of vinified seperately. Just a 12-hour skin maceration and then 4 months on the lees in the tank before blending and bottling.
