This aromatic and refreshing wine is a blend of un-oaked Chardonnay, Grillo and Viognier. Each variety is harvested, de-stemmed, and macerated separately, before fermenting in stainless steel tanks and spending about 5 months on the fine lees. The wine is pale yellow and bright, with a delicate bouquet of wild flowers, white peach and melon, followed by a dry, savory finish.
