From acclaimed wine maker, Jim Clendenen, the 2018 Pinot Gris/Pinot Blanc is a versatile wine; with enough body and intensity to go well with food. The grapes are hand harvested, whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented (for a total of 6 mo in barrel). The Pinot Gris adds energy and bright acidity, while the Pinot Blanc lends body and minerality.
