A rare wine coming from one of the oldest existing Soleras, dating back to 1790. While sold as a VORS ( >30yrs) it is at least 2x that age and comprised of only 25 barrels. A nose of incense, noble woods, quince, a touch spirity and lots of hazelnuts. Bitter, intense and powerful with the roundness of an Oloroso, persistent & full, w/ good acidity, ending with a coffee note
