One of the most famous & oldest soleras of Jerez, founded in 1792, composed of 106 barrels. Sold as a VORS (minimum age of 30 years), it is at least twice that age. The nose shows toffee notes intermixed with roasted coffee, tar, ash & incense. The palate shows good depth, strong acidity, well compensated by the sweetness, and a slightly bitter finish. 1,500 bottles annually
