Each of the varietals in this Rhone blend are vinified separately, assembled in late January, and aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling in February. Autard’s Côtes-du-Rhône is full and rich, with noticeable, balanced tannins and a lively acid structure. This is a smoky, complex wine, loaded with warm raspberry fruit, showing the best attributes of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
