100% Dolcetto from calcareous soils. The wine then spends three weeks maturing in used barriques, followed by 10 months in steel before release. Intense violet in color, this wine offers aromas of violets and black cherry. On the palate, it is dry and soft, with delicate tannins and a medium body. Serve this slightly chilled; fantastic with antipasto, charcuterie, or paninis.
