From a 1 hectare plot of viognier grown on granite terroir just outside of Limony-this is leaner style of Condrieu. Fermented using only natural yeasts in barrel-elevage in mostly neutral barrel. Waxy and textural but backed up by a great amount of acid-this is a white wine perfect for colder weather!
