Straw yellow with a sage hue with fine, persistent and vibrant pearlescent bubbles. The complex bouquet has intense aromas of flowers with peach, citrus, honey and hazelnut notes. On the palate, the wine is elegant, refined and soft, with a freshness and balance that emphasise the excellent quality of the fruit. Satèn will age well for at least five years after the vintage.
