Piuze’s Fye bottling is a site-specific, village-level bottling from a site opposite from the grand cru Les Blanchots vineyard, this 5 acre parcel creates intensely floral wine. Most vines are over 40 years old on kimmeridgian chalk and fermented & then aged in stainless steel. Incredibly refined, this competes with many Premier Cru Chablis. A superb value for drinking or cellaring.
