Barleywine aged in cognac barrels in collaboration with Evil Twin. It smells like sticking your nose in the bung of a cognac barrel. The flavor is rich with loads of oak, sweet candi sugar, biscuity toffee, sweet caramel, brown sugar, and raisins finishing with a nice fruity cognac essence which completes the cyclical nature of barrel aging.
