Oloroso sherry casks comprise 70% of the finish. Cooked fruits and vanilla on the nose lead to toffee, peat smoke, pepper and citrus on the palate like dark-chocolate covered raisins. The finish is long and coastal peat lingers tamed by sherry sweetness making it an approachable counterpart to the boldness of its' cousin Machir Bay.
