Certified organic in both Europe and the USA, Aldez delivers an authentic agave flavor free of additives. Traditional artisanal techniques are used to create Aldez blanco that is then rested in used bourbon barrels for 18 months. Oak and butterscotch are present on the nose. Vanilla, caramel and molasses on the palate lead to a balanced oaky finish.
