From one of the up and coming producers in Asturias, this is a blend of Mencía and Albarín tinto. The wine is fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and chestnut uprights. Peppery aromas of dark fruits and a hint of cinnamon lead to a nicely fresh palate. Unfined, unfiltered, and non-certified biodynamic. Try this!
