A cuvée of all Grand Cru vineyards boasting mostly ungrafted vines with a minimum age of 60 years. Mineral driven nose with with citrus and stone fruits. The palate is tart, stoney and moves more towards subtle peach and apricot. A very old estate with roots going back to the 12th century. Gernot Kollmann, bought the estate in 2008 and is one of Germany's top winemakers.
