Collaboration with Jester King. It’s fermented with a mix of house yeasts from both breweries, which apparently loved to work together as much as they did! It’s a traditional Saison as those from 1900, with 14 months barrel-ageing. At once surprisingly complex and very refreshing, like the Saisons of the old days.
