2012 GABF Gold winner. A blend of several oak barrels that have been patiently aging in the back cellar room for up to 3 years. The result is a beer with flavors that are sour, wine-like, with very assertive citrus notes of apricot skin, lemon verbena, lime peel, with a backbone of chalky minerality.
