Bright straw color with green highlights. The bouquet is fruity, floral and lightly ethereal to the nose. The fruit and floral notes confirmed on the palate, with good acidity and persistence.
The winery has been energy self-sufficient since 2007, thanks to solar panels. In addition, the winery is implementing water recycling methods in order to reduce water use.
