This is the second release of multi-vintage sparkling from Scar of the Sea. Sourced from the top chardonnay block of Bien Nacido Vineyard, farmed organically and finished naturally. 50% 2014-2018 aged together in 500 L Barrels, 50% 2019 fermenting juice blended before the bottle. 61 cases produced, only 5 cases made it to Colorado.
