Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months. With a pleasant tartness, it has a super complex palate that reveals itself as it warms in the glass. It will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red color and forest fruit aromas.
