This Brett-forward imperial Saison spent a year in some of their favorite Virginia wine barrels from Prince Michel, picking up notes of chardonnay from the oak while the Brett slowly worked its magic. This big ale has notes of lemon peel and peppery spice from the saison yeast, topped with ripe mango and grassy hay.
