This mixed fermentation beer consists of 2/3rds beer that was matured in oak casks for 24 months and 1/3rd young beer, and was aged on macerated sour cherries. This has a balanced palate, complex finish, and subtle fruit and wood notes with an aftertaste is reminiscent of a Burgundy wine.
