Sahalie is fermented and aged in oak barrel and then gets a month-long dry-hopping with Oregon-grown Cascade hops. It opens up to tropical & citrus fruit fruits like apricots, pineapple, and orange produced from yeast esters and hop oils. Absolutely one of my favorite beers on the earth.
