This wine shows an array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus, fresh pears, melons and passion fruit. This is complemented by some grassy notes and secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments and barrel aging. The palate has an elegant structure with a supple, textural mid-palate and a long finish with gently tangy fresh lime acidity.
