Calmecac is Imperial Stout aged in Mezcal barrels. This is one of the first beers to see the light of their barrel program. A quick hit of mezcal and charred wood followed later by smooth dark chocolate, almonds, toffee, hazelnuts, dark dried fruit, and a shot of cream.
