Winemaker Iole Rabasco is a true believer of natural winemaking. Her vines have never been treated with chemicals and she never adds sulfur to her unfiltered wines. This Montepulciano is from her Cancelli vineyard with 40 year old vines, macerates for 4-7 days and ages in steel for freshness. This delicious "wild" wine is so fun to drink as it continuously evolves in the glass.
