Vinification takes place in concrete tanks. The wine undergoes at least 6 months of aging in bottles before being sold. With an intense ruby appearance, the aroma has prominent cherry and blackberry fruit, with underlying hints of forest floor. The palate reveals a juicy, lively and inviting body, followed by a pleasantly clear finish.
