Scuppernong is a huge, white grape that’s bittersweet and well-known throughout the south. In addition, they added wild-harvested Sumac for added complexity, texture and a slight red hue. The beer is sweet, juicy, white wine-like, fruit-forward, tart and slightly viscous from the sumac. This thing is impossible to hate.
