This bottle-conditioned farmhouse ale was fermented with our wild house mixed culture, then refermented on Southern Illinois-grown Chambourcin grapes and aged in a puncheon that previously held red wine. Slight earthy and mineral undertones in taste, and the aroma is dominated by fresh grape and vinous qualities.
