Double matured in Pedro Ximenez cask wood, this is a mellow whisky. Intense peat and vanilla on the nose, with a raisin sweetness that checks the smoke. Grassy, peaty palate with a very salty tang. An Incredibly long finish, even by Islay standards. Fruit, peat and long-lasting oak. Very chewable.
