Saint Phoebe was a 1st century deaconess from modern day Greece. This is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with raspberries. Inviting yet mysterious translucence leads into a nose of funk and fauna with bold aromas of juicy raspberries, red wine and a twinge of spice.
