Grown from the Besson Vineyard, which was planted in 1910 at the base of the Santa Lucia Mountains, this beautiful red is one of the finest Grenache wines made in California. Though full-flavored, the wine is high-toned and lifted on the palate by fresh strawberries, fresh-cut roses, and kirsch, touched on the seamless finish by white pepper and exotic spices.
