As part of Stolpman's 'So Fresh' wines, this partly carbonic Gamay is fresh and dynamic. Organic fruit, hand-harvesting, and dry farming all play significant roles in elevating this wine. The yields are low, but this is a textbook example of quality over quantity, as the vines yield low numbers of tiny berries that are absolutely packed with intense aromatics and ripe flavors. Sour cherry candies, crushed gravel, flint and herbs dance on the pallet, making this wine crushable & deliciously complex.
