This is a very beautiful representation of Aligote, from a flattering vintage. On the nose, there are bright, fresh notes of citrus, namely lemon, balanced by a clean mineral presence. The wine has nice acidity, followed by tasteful richness, making this wine an ideal pairing for fish and chicken recipes. This is outstanding value for a true example of classic Aligote.
