From a four hectare estate in the sub-appellation of Cérons in the larger region of Graves lies Chateau du Mayne. In a region more known for sweet botrytis wine-Caroline and Xavier Perromat make a still blanc and rouge of exceptional quality. Predominantly sauv blanc this vintage, this wine has texture while retaining acidity and freshness.
