Adegas Guímaro is among the 100 Best Wineries of the World 2015, and the evidence can be found in this elegant wine. The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts on the skins in used French oak vats with about 50 % whole clusters. After fermentation, the wine was racked to 225 L and 500L used French oak barrels, where it rested for more than a year. Powerful, complex, and delicious!
