This is super value from San Gimignano. The name Suavis means 'succulent and tasty' - and it is very aptly named! Entirely organically cultivated Vernaccia, it is chock-full of pithy pear, citrus and almond flowers. Notes of firm white fruit flesh, and a satisfying weight all kept on track, flowing nicely with just a zip of acidity.
